At one time there was an ancient mariner and the wedding guest, they had a ship for a very important wedding. As the ship was sailing, everyone cheered along, and had loads of fun. in the middle of nowhere where no one in the world had explored that area, the crew realised that they were stranded, but also surrounded by tons and tons of ice bergs. The ice bergs starting to crack and splitting in half, and everyone was panicking.
The Ancient Mariner saw something flying in the sky round and round their ship. He claimed that the bird was an Albatross. Minutes passed, the bird came on the ship and the crew fed the Albatross. However the bird ate the food as if it never had eaten before. The crew did not know how to escape from the ice bergs, a little time later the Albatross magically made the ice berg split away from the ship allowing the crew and the ship to carry on with their wedding and journey. As the crew were sailing in the middle of nowhere, then came both mist and hard pulling wind which struck the ship. It was a very heavy storm. Strangely the Albatross followed the ship wherever the ship would go. The Ancient Mainer then thought to himself that the Albatross was what caused the storm to struck on the ship.
The next day Ancient Mariner knew he had a crossbow hidden somewhere. Once he found it he aimed and shot it with one arrow. Ancient Mariner knew he had done a hellish thing, He said to the whole crew,’ I had killed the bird because it had caused the breeze to blow and to struck our ship’. Everyone was devastated at what he had done. One week later they had started to feel hungry and very thirsty , but they could do nothing about it.
As they were sailing along the ocean they saw the water turning blue to dark black. It was then they realised something strange was happening. The water was like witches oil, black and dark green, it was as if something evil was happening to them. And some dreams assured were of the spirit of the dead Albatross. The black and dark green creature followed and followed the ship. The crew were so thirty their mouths felt as if they were dripping from the sun. instead of wearing a cross the Ancient Mariner hung the Albatross around his neck. it had looked and felt so evil for him but still he didn’t care.
